Mrs. Sallie Knight a notice of whose death appears in another portion of this paper, was born i the state of Maine in the year 1817 and was consequently in the 80th years of her age at the time of her demise. She came to Michigan about 46 years ago, with her husband, the late Ebenezer Knight, and located in this town where she resided until within a short time of her death. About 35 years ago, she united with the Congregational Church of this village, during which time she had lived the life of a consistent Christian, and was much respected and beloved by a large circle of friends. It is remarkable that her husband who died some three years since, passed away upon the same day of the week, same hour of that day, and at the same age. Mrs Knight was buried from the congregational Church of this village last Sunday, a large concourse of mourning friends and relatives following her remains to the cemetery
