The funeral of Mrs. Etta Paulus, resident of Waterford took place in Detroit on SAturday at the Frazer's Funeral Home on West Grand Blvd. The ladies of the Eastern Star of which she as a member, took charge of the service. Mrs. Paulus would have been 74 years old in September. She has been a resident of Waterford for the past 17 years, coming here from Detroit to the home on the corner of MAple and School St. Mrs. Paulus leaves a son, Ira POwers, of Detroit, and two nieces, Mrs. Dorothy Lyons, of Ferndale and Mrs. Marion Kahler, of Waterford, besides other relatives in Detroit, among them Warren Bush, to mourn the loss. Mrs Paulus had been ill at her home here for the past year and just one week before her death suffered a fall which necessitated her removal to a hospital, from where she passed away. Burial was at Royal Oak Cemetery.
