William H. Merriman, 61,died June 9, after a short illness in his home at 3055 Auburn road, Auburn Heights. Born January 29, 1894, in Pittsburgh, PA. he was the son of Thomas J. and Jennie Moore Merriman. He served in World War I and was a member of Lodge No 21, F. & A. M. nd the Norristown Elks Club, No 714. Surviving besides his wife, Ruth, are two sons, John J. and Clarence G. Merriman of Pontiac, and two nephews. Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday June 13, from the Huntoon Funeral Home. Burial was in Perry Mount Park Cemetery.
