Edward Clark's Horse And Buggy Recovered

Pontiac, Mich, Mar 30. - Officers today recovered a horse and buggy stolen from Edward Clack, agent at Clarkston Station, late last night of early this morning. The rig had been abandoned five miles from Ortonville. The officers are now searching for two suspicious looking characters who were seen at Clarkston yesterday. It is believed the pair is responsible for the burglary of Meyer & Kirchner's meat market, J H Alger's hardware store and the Clarkston post office early this morning. From Alger's store $45 in money was taken and two razors and from the post office about $25 in money and 800 one and two cent stamps. The burglars were traced to Ortonville, where they are supposed to have taken an electric car for Detroit or some way point. Clarkston people give good descriptions of the two men excited their suspicion the day before the robbery.
