Died in Operation - Mrs. John Wells

Orion Lady Known Large Circle of Relatives. (Special to the Press Gazette.)Orion, Jun. 11.—Mrs. John Wells, age 44 years, died at Harper hospital, Detroit, Friday. Her remains were removed to her home in Orion Friday evening. Mrs. Wells was taken to the hospital Tuesday to be operated upon for peritonitis. She never recovered from the effects of the operation. She was a highly respected woman and will be missed by her many friends.Mr. and Mrs. Wells have been successful in the operation of a bakery here for the past four years. Mrs. Wells is survived by her husband, mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Pulford of Kingston, four sisters, three of Kingston, Florence and Earl, at home; Mrs. Chas. Lucan, Flint; and Mrs. George O. Harris of Chicago.The funeral arrangements have not been completed.
